1. Web Design Services
Since I offer digital services, refunds are processed based on the work stage:
- Full Refund: If you cancel the project before I have started working.
- No Refund: Once the design work has begun or the final website has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
2. Digital Downloads (Templates)
Since downloadable products (JSON files) cannot be “returned,” I do not offer refunds on any paid digital products.
